Are the maisons in the city in central areas?
They are in neighborhoods chosen for their tranquility, atmosphere and convenience.
Are the seaside maisons close to the beach?
Most of them yes, many are within walking distance.
Is it possible to request personalized experiences?
Yes, we recommend authentic routes in the destination.

Is a security deposit required?
Yes, the deposit is mandatory for both houses:
• Maison Rosabianca: €300 deposit
• Maison Aranci: €200 deposit
The deposit is paid upon arrival during the self-check-in phase and is fully refunded on the day of departure, after the property has been checked.
What's the cancellation policy?
Cancellation up to 30 days before arrival: full refund.
Cancellation between 30 and 15 days before arrival: 50% refund.
Cancellation less than 15 days before arrival: the full amount will be retained.
NON-REFUNDABLE rates (with a 10% discount on the refundable rate) and NON-REFUNDABLE rates requiring immediate payment are also available.

Maison Aranci: Terrata beach is about a 5-minute walk away. A car is recommended for visiting the other coves and nearby towns.
Maison Rosabianca: A car is recommended for reaching the nearby beaches and services, given the property’s location in the middle of nature.

Olbia Airport is about a 15-minute drive from both maisons. It's one of the most convenient locations on the coast for those arriving by plane.
What's the difference between Maison Rosabianca and Maison Aranci?
Maison Rosabianca is surrounded by nature, with spacious indoor and outdoor areas, a private garden and accommodation for up to 5 people. Ideal for families or groups seeking peace and quiet, green surroundings and privacy.
Maison Aranci is a simple, bright two-room apartment with a 40 m² terrace, just a few minutes’ walk from Terrata beach. Perfect for couples or small groups (up to 3 people) looking to enjoy the beach in a laid-back setting.
